When simulating the state of pressing or pinching, it is necessary to choose a cylindrical probe. When pressing, the probe is small and the sample is large; while pinching, the probe is almost as large as the sample (close in diameter). When judging the brittleness of items such as biscuits, a three-point bending probe can be selected. When simulating chewing, jaw probes are often used. When encountering viscous liquid, choose liquid squeeze probe.
